Questions, answered
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Most clients give us a door code or a key and come home to a finished house. If you would rather be there the first time so we can walk through it together, that is completely fine.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything is included: products, cloths and equipment. If you would prefer we use something specific of your own, leave it out and tell us.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, that is the point of a recurring schedule. The same person learns your home, which is what makes the second and third cleans noticeably better than the first.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us and we come back to put it right. It is far easier to fix one room than to lose a client over it.
Do you clean businesses as well as homes?
Yes, both. Commercial work is quoted after a short walkthrough, because an office, a salon and a medical suite each need a different scope and schedule.
